Payment of a deposit equivalent to lodging expenses (daily rate x number of days) is required 60 days before arrival in Argentina as confirmation (and to secure a booking), with the balance payable on the day the trip ends.

Because of limited availability in the rut season, bookings are on a first come first serve basis: reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

The species fees will include wounded and lost animals.

Payment is accepted ¡n US dollars only (no traveller's or personal checks).

In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date in Argentina 50% of deposit will be refunded.

Pichu-Có assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property, unavoidable changes in scheduling, transportation, weather related problems, accidents or other unforseen occurrences.

Hunting is considered a high risk activity. Medical and/or accident insurance taken in country of origin is recommended.
